Do we need to be home when you come to give us an estimate?

While we would prefer you be home to discuss the work that you would like done, we understand that everyone is busy and it is sometimes not possible to match schedules. In that case we can leave the estimate, email it or send it in the mail at your preference.

Do you offer any discounts?

We do offer military and senior discounts.

Are you insured?

We are fully licensed and insured. A copy of our liability insurance certificate can be made available upon request.

Do we need to be home when the work is performed?

You do not have to be home if your schedule does not allow. We will always have a copy of the work order that you signed so we know exactly what is to be done. If necessary we will have a detailed map.

When will my work be scheduled?

We make every effort to schedule the work as soon as possible and stick to the schedule. However, due to the weather our schedule will change from time to time. If this is the case we will give you as much notice as possible with a rescheduled date.

What do we need to do to prepare for the work?

You will need to make sure the work area is clear of any lawn ornaments, furniture, toys, bird feeders etc. so our crew can easily access the area we need to be in. We also ask that pets and people stay clear of the work area for your safety.

Do you need to drive across my yard with heavy equipment?

We take all precautions necessary to protect your yard. If we do need to use heavy equipment to access something we will use special mats to protect the ground. We also have skilled climbers that can climb in areas where heavy equipment should not be used.

Who handles cleanup?

We make every effort to clean up debris that comes with the removal and/or trimming process. We will rake and leaf blow our work areas. We take pride in leaving your yard clean.

Can multiple services be performed at the same time?

If it is possible to schedule things on the same day, we will always try to accomplish that. However, sometimes it is necessary to come back to complete certain services at a different time — such as stump grinding. In addition, underground utilities have to be marked and flagged so that we can avoid damage to them. We also may have a separate crew that comes back and cleans up the mulch and replaces it with topsoil if that was a chosen service. We do our best to keep you up to date on the schedule.

Do I need to contact someone for the utilities to be flagged?

No, we take care of contacting the proper people and having them come out to flag for underground utilities.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept checks and cash. Payment is due upon completion of the work. Some jobs require a deposit and this will be noted as such on the estimate.
